How to Request Permanent Account Deletion
For security and verification, account deletion is processed through our dedicated administrative compliance team.

Send an email request to our official compliance inbox: support@ondrive.uk

Ensure the email is sent from the email address registered with your OnDrive account.

Include your Registered Username and Mobile Phone Number in the email body.

Our compliance team will verify your identity and confirm full account erasure within 30 business days under UK GDPR.
Note for Couriers: Pending weekly earnings will be paid out to your registered bank account before permanent account closure. Regulatory tax and transaction records are retained as required by UK law.
